4. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our website and deliver a better user experience. These services may have access to certain data as described below:
4.1 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and user behavior. Google Analytics collects data through cookies, including information about your IP address (anonymized), browser, operating system, and browsing patterns. This data is processed by Google in accordance with their Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
4.2 Google Fonts
Our website uses Google Fonts to display web fonts. When you visit a page that uses Google Fonts, your browser connects to Google's servers to load the font files. This may result in your IP address and browser information being transmitted to Google. For more information, please review the Google Fonts Privacy FAQ.
4.3 Affiliate Networks
Some of the links on our website are affiliate links. When you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase or complete an action on the third-party site, the affiliate network may place a cookie on your device to track the referral. Each affiliate partner has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
5. Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. Our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and our servers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Typical retention periods:
- Contact form submissions: up to 12 months after the inquiry has been resolved.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, or 24 months of inactivity, whichever occurs first.
- Server logs containing IP addresses: up to 90 days, then anonymised or deleted.
- Analytics data: retained in anonymised, aggregated form per our analytics provider's default settings (typically 14–26 months in Google Analytics 4).
- Records required by Philippine tax or record-keeping law: retained for the period mandated by that law (commonly 3–10 years for tax records).
Once personal data is no longer needed for its lawful purpose, it is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with Section 11(e) of the Data Privacy Act.

Where such transfers occur, we take reasonable steps — including relying on the processor's public commitments to standards equivalent to the Data Privacy Act and EU GDPR — to ensure your data is treated securely and in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy. You may contact our DPO at dpo@panalobetph.ph to request further information about specific cross-border transfers relating to your personal data.
11. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site.
