BingoPlus’s own privacy policy says you can ask it to delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing cs@bingoplus.vip. Doing so may end your BingoPlus account. Withdraw your balance first, send the request from the email or number registered to the account, and keep a copy. We are an independent guide, not BingoPlus, and we cannot close accounts for you. The steps below are based on the BingoPlus privacy policy as published on bingoplus.com (last modified 28 November 2022), which we checked on 12 October 2026.
Before you delete your BingoPlus account
- Withdraw your balance to your own GCash or Maya account and wait until it arrives.
- Let pending bets settle and finish or give up any active promotion.
- Use or let go of reward points. Assume unused points, vouchers and promotional credit are lost when the account closes. See our BingoPlus reward points guide.
- Save your records: screenshots of your transaction history and final withdrawal.
- Check linked payments in your GCash or Maya app and remove any saved merchant links you no longer want.
How to delete your BingoPlus account, step by step
- Check the app first. Open Account Settings. If your app version shows a close-account option, you can use it, and still send the email below to ask for your data to be deleted.
- Email BingoPlus at cs@bingoplus.vip from the email address linked to the account, or include the registered mobile number.
- Say exactly what you want: to close the account and to delete your personal data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Use the template below.
- Verify your identity if asked. Share only what is needed to identify the account. Never send your password, OTP or GCash MPIN.
- Keep the reply. Ask for written confirmation that the account is closed and what data, if any, will be kept and why.

Subject: Request to close my account and delete my personal data
Hello BingoPlus,
Please close my BingoPlus account and delete my personal data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Registered mobile number: [your number]
Registered email: [your email]
Username (if any): [username]
I have withdrawn my balance. Please confirm in writing when the account is closed, and tell me which data, if any, you must keep and for how long.
Thank you.
What happens to your data
The BingoPlus privacy policy says personal data is destroyed or anonymised once it is no longer needed for its purpose or for legal or business reasons. In practice, gaming regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act can require some records, such as identity and transaction records, to be kept for a period. Ask BingoPlus to tell you what it keeps.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you have rights to access, correct and request deletion or blocking of your personal data. If you get no answer, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission.
Closing your account vs self-exclusion
| Closing your BingoPlus account | PAGCOR self-exclusion | |
|---|---|---|
| Covers | Only this BingoPlus account | Casinos and online platforms regulated by PAGCOR |
| Can you sign up again? | Possibly, with a new account | Not during the exclusion period |
| How to start | Email cs@bingoplus.vip | PAGCOR’s responsible gaming page (pagcor.ph) |
| Best for | Leaving one platform or protecting your data | Stopping gambling |
Leaving another platform too? See how to delete a Casino Plus account.
If gambling is causing you problems
Closing one account does not stop you opening another. If you want to stop, self-exclusion is stronger: PAGCOR runs a self-exclusion programme covering the casinos and online platforms it regulates. Check the current form, durations and how to apply on PAGCOR’s responsible gaming page.
Free, confidential help (Philippines): NCMH Crisis Hotline 1553 (24/7) · 0966 636 3084. Talking to someone you trust, and asking your bank or e-wallet about spending limits, can also help.
Frequently Asked Questions
BingoPlus’s privacy policy lets you view and correct your details through Account Settings, but the route it gives for deletion is a written request by email to cs@bingoplus.vip. If you see a close-account option in your app version, you can use that too.

Not necessarily straight away. The policy says data is destroyed or anonymised once it is no longer needed for legal or business purposes. Gaming and anti-money-laundering rules can require some records to be kept for a period.
